A．Driving method of electric dust cart

1．Pre driving inspection

（1）You need to learn the instruction about safety.

（2）Check whether the battery capacity is below the warning line (the battery should be fully charged when driving for a long distance).

（3）Check whether the electric vehicle electrical connection is correct according to the electrical wiring diagram.

（4）Confirm that the rudder stock angle and seat height are adjusted to the proper position.

（5）Check all fasteners and connections for looseness, especially the screws on the rudder stock that adjust the front and rear direction and the nuts on the tire.

（6）Check whether the tire pressure is sufficient.

2、Driving method

（1）The driver sits in the seat, switch the key, and the light on the display panel lights up.

（2）Turn the handlebar slowly with your right hand. After the vehicle starts, keep the forward speed you need.

（3）Adjust the speed control knob on the ox head (see Fig. 1) to the position you need.

（4）To brake, release the handle and hold the handbrake handle (see Figure 1).

（5）When the dust cart moves backward, press the back button, and then turn the handle.

（6）When parking, please turn off the switch lock and remove the key.

Note: Although the dust cart has certain protection functions, please do not make a sharp turn when driving, otherwise it may overturn; do not drive in the rain; do not let the vehicle overload for a long time; do not climb the slope above 20° and try not to drive on the road with bad road conditions.

3、Use of mop

After opening the package of the dust cart, install the attached accessories first.

To carry out cleaning work, step on the left locking mechanism pedal, and the front Trailer falls to the ground (see Fig. 2). At this time, as long as you start the car, you can carry out cleaning work. This car also adds an afterburner pedal (see Fig. 2). When there is dirt on the ground that is not easy to remove, stepping on this pedal can make the mop contact the ground more effectively.

When the cleaning work is completed, press down the right lifting pedal (see Fig. 2), and the whole front trailer will rise and lock automatically.

A 900 mm wide rear Trailer (see Fig. 2) is also installed at the rear of the vehicle, which is mainly used to remove the tire marks generated when the floor is being towed, and the mop can be turned up when it is not working.

B．Safety instructions for the use of the product

1、Precautions for safe use of the product

(1) Do not refit your electric dust cart in any form without the permission of the manufacturer. Illegal modification may cause personal injury or damage to the product.
(2) Do not attempt to grasp, lift or move the movable parts of the electric dust cart. Otherwise, it will cause personal injury or damage to the electric dust cart.

2、Safety inspection before use

First of all, you should be familiar with the function of dust cart. We recommend that you carry out safety inspection before each use:

Check that all wires are connected. Ensure that it does not leak electricity and is not corroded.

Check whether the brake is released.

Check battery charging.

If it is found that the fault can not be eliminated, contact the product dealer and ask for help.

C、When turning

Excessive turning speed may cause overturning. There are many reasons for overturning, such as turning speed, turning size, road condition, inclined road surface, sharp turning, etc. Do not turn too fast. If you think you may overturn at the corner, please reduce the driving speed and turning angle to prevent overturning.

D、Brake
The electric dust cart is equipped with disc brake system of drive axle.

When parking, use the handbrake handle to limit the parking, and release the brake handle limit before starting the dust cart.

When crossing obstacles (steps, curbs, etc.) up and down the curb, keep the front close.

E、Get on and off the dust cart
You need to have good balance ability to get on and off the dust cart. Please pay attention to the following safety tips when getting on and off the dust cart:

Turn off the power. Remove the key from the switch lock.

Make sure the seat of the electric dust cart is locked.

F、Pick up things when sitting on the dust cart
When you sit on the electric dust cart and reach out, bend or lean, you must maintain a stable center of gravity position to prevent the electric dust cart from tilting. It is recommended that you use the electric dust cart according to your ability.

G、Others

The product shall not be used in rough ground environment (such as cement, debris, etc.).

Do not make the product go up and down stairs or escalators.

If you are going to stay in a fixed position for a long time, turn off the power. This prevents accidental movement caused by unintentional contact control, which can cause personal injury.

It is forbidden to use electric dust cart after drinking, otherwise personal injury will be caused.

H．Common troubleshooting:

Any electric equipment may break down occasionally. However, as long as you can think about and master these common sense, most of the faults can be solved. Many faults are caused by insufficient battery or aging battery.

1、What to do if the dust cart can’t be started?

Make sure the switch key is fully inserted into the electric lock.

Check that the battery is fully charged.

Make sure that all combination wiring (battery and motor) are firmly connected.

2、How to restart after automatic shutdown?

The electric dust cart is equipped with an automatic power-saving shutdown function.

If the electric dust cart switch key has been inserted into the lock, after about 20 minutes, the electric dust cart is still not started, and the motor controller will automatically shut down. This function is designed to save power. (this function is not activated)

Remove the key from the switch lock.

Insert the switch key back into the electric lock. The automatic shutdown function can be removed, and the dust cart can start working again.

3、Determine if the electric dust cart is in driving mode。

When the handbrake grip is clenched or in the parking state, the power supply to the drive axle is cut off.

Release the handbrake handle to resume the normal operation of the dust cart.

Make sure the handbrake is released before driving.

4、How to deal with repeated tripping of main circuit breaker？
Charge the battery of the electric dust cart more frequently. If the problem remains, ask your product dealer to test the load condition of your two batteries. Make sure the battery type is correct.

5、When turning the handle, the electricity meter shows a sharp decrease in power or swing up and down?

Enough batteries for your electric dust cart.

If the problem remains, ask your product dealer to test the load condition of your two batteries.

I．Maintenance：

This product rarely needs maintenance, but the following parts need regular inspection or maintenance:

1、Tyre

Regularly check whether the tires of the dust cart are worn and inflate regularly.

2、Plastic shell

The shell of the dust cart is made of durable plastic, and the surface is sprayed. Car wax can be used to keep the luster of the shell.

3、Wires

Regularly check whether the insulation material of each wire is worn or damaged.

Before the next use, please contact the dealer immediately for repair or replacement.

4、Driving system

The drive system is sealed and prelubricated, and no lubricant is needed.

5、Electrical components

Prevent electrical components from being drenched and damp. The dust cart should be used after it has dried completely.

6、Storage

If you plan not to use the dust cart for a long time, please follow the steps below:

Make sure the battery is sufficient before storage.

Store your electric dust cart in a dry environment.

In the case of long-term storage, please raise the dust cart as a whole to avoid long-term contact with the ground causing damage to the tire.
